Karo Parisyan vs. Ryan Ford
Round 1
Ford throwing bombs early he tags Karo and blasts him into the fence. Karo goes for a single-leg to get out of trouble but eats some knees in the process. Karo gets Ford out into the center and lands two consecutive foot sweeps. Ryan Ford gets Karo’s back, hoists him into the air and dumps him on his head. Karo quickly works back to his feet but gets pummelled as he stands. Ford looks visibly tired as Karo gains control and foot sweeps him for a third time. Ford with a blast of energy gets back to his feet and narrowly avoids a huge left hook. There has been an incredible amount of action in this rouns as Karo finishes in top position, very close to call. 10-9 Karo
Round 2
Karo starts the round bloodied from one of the bombs that Ford hit him with early in the first. Karo clinches and takes the fight once again to the canvas. Working form half-guard Parisyan is doing damage to his grounded, tired opponent. Karo is staying busy as Ford rolls over and gives up his back. Karo not landing elbows from the top as Ford escapes out the back door. Ford knees Karo against the cage, looked like he has his knee down but Yves Lavigne doesn’t do anything. Parisyan controls Ford against the cage, as he continues to work for trips. Karo once again trips Ford who turtles up to try and avoid any more damage. Parisyan is putting on a Judo clinic, he is far technically superior to Ford on the ground. 10-9 Karo
Round 3
Great fight so far, what a return for Parisyan. Ford throws an Anderson Silva style front kick and narrowly misses. Ford cracks Karo with a big knee that opens a large cut on his forehead. Blood is everywhere; both fighters are slipping all over the place as a result. The ref pauses the fight to get the blood cleaned up and get Karo’s cut checked out by the ring-side doctors. The doctor shakes his head, the fight is over, somebody needs about ten stitches.
Ryan Ford defeats Karo Parisyan by TKO doctor stoppage at 1:26 of the final round.
